Hushabye Quilts
Apologies for the terrible photos once again - I am in serious need of a new camera, the colours really are much better in real life.
Now I just need to decide how to quilt these. I was first inspired to make these quick quilts like this after seeing the quilt Helen made for Ingrid's new little girl last year.

How gorgeous and inviting does the door to the shop look!
So if you are in Canberra, make sure you pop in and say hello to Katie and check out her gorgeous stock of OOAK new, re-purposed pre-loved and vintage clothing and accessories.
Now this busy mummy is off on a much needed short family holiday (our first in goodness knows how long!), but I'll be back next week with more crafty/sewing/quilting stuff - including a sneak peak at another new design - finally something for the boys! hooray!

Blogtoberfest Day #28 ~ New design sneak peaks

Stop by the shop next week for full pictures : )
I have also been working on a collection for Winter next year and so far have 6 designs in the making (only one of which is for boys). I really need to come up with some more boy items I think. Now I am on the hunt for some super cute cords . . . does the fabric addiction ever end, lol.
And I also have another extra giveaway happening on my facebook page just for fans . . .

Blogtoberfest Day #2 ~ 3 in 7

I have a market tomorrow morning at the local Inland Botanical Gardens. A great market for handmade only stalls inside an old woolshed. Then Sunday morning one of the local country street markets and next Friday night an indoor market as a fundraiser for one of the local schools. I love doing the markets : )
And on another note, we announced some pretty exciting news to family last night that I am happy to share with my fellow bloggy friends - I'm 12 weeks pregnant!!! Oh my goodness!!! Final addition due to arrive mid April 2010 - Master T has requested another little sister, I'll see what I can do, lol.
